Help in Advantage and Webvantage

Advantage and Webvantage Program Help is your online library—chock full of references, guides and other tools. If you’ve never checked out the built-in program help in Advantage and Webvantage, you should! It has menu-driven help for your issue at hand along with a built-in library of User Guides, Special Procedures and other resources. User Guides are also available on the Users Portal.
 
In Advantage, help is accessed through Help/Customer Service on the main menu. Highlights include:
·         Menu-driven Help – Laid out to mirror the Advantage menu
·         Release Notices - under Welcome to Advantage/Advantage Updates
·         Using global features – under Working in Advantage
·         Setup/config info – under Working in Advantage/Set Up
·         Info on Standalone Apps, Advantage Services and User Guides – the last three listings in  Advantage Help
In Webvantage, help is access through the blue menu option, top left, then Help/Customer Service. Highlights include:
